a HUGE thank you!

Thank you to everyone who came out on Tuesday night for Shrove Tuesday!  We raised $400.00 and were able to have some fun flippin’ flapjacks and serving sausages.  Thank you to the youth for working tirelessly and being on dish duty.  You all rock!

Sr.Youth Sunday February 21st!

Hey-O

Sr. Youth has been switched.  Don’t worry, just for this Sunday afternoon.  Come to the church for free lunch and things will begin at high noon and will go till 3pm!  Friends are welcome!  Please l et Jes know if you are coming as I need to know roughly how many youth are coming.

This will be a joint event with members of the congregation!  You will learn a lot and perhaps chnage a few things…..

Jr.Youth-Olympic Night

Hey Everyone

Come on out for an evening of trivia, olympic games, country selection, history night.  friends are welcome to attend.  We will be meeting at the church from 6:30-8:30 pm on February 19th.  See you there!

Shrove Tuesday

Hello Everyone. Shrove Tuesday is almost here, only a few more sleeps. Come on out for a great evening, dinner is served between 5-6:15 pm and all proceeds go to youth programming at C.B.U.C. Tomorrow will be the last day for tickets before you can purchase them at the door. Sr. youth can arrive after school on Tuesday and if any grown-ups are able to assist with cleanup duty that would be a MIRACLE. let me know if you are interested! Ticket prices are 5.00/child or 7.50/adult or 20.00/family.

We are meeting on Sunday night February 7th at the church one hour earlier than usual.  We will set up any instruments and such before dinner.  please bring a dinner dish to share.  Then at 7 we will start our evening with some music.  Christine will be joining us and is asking for any songs of choice, so let Jes know before Friday if you have any picks.  please bring a music stand if you have one.

Jr. Youth Scripture and Clue Hunt

Jr. youth will be meeting Friday Februay 5th from 6:30-8:30 pm at the church!

Friends are welcome to attend and we will be having an active evening with a clue and scripture hunt.  It is going to be tons o fun!

I still need a parent volunteer for snack, so if you are able to make please let jes know if you can provide snack.
